Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver within Poland, Germany, and Austria (excluding islands). Delivery is free of charge for customers in Poland and Germany.
What does delivery look like?
Before delivery, the transport company will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time slot. In Poland, Germany, and Austria, we provide in-room delivery, assembly, and packaging removal - so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We only ask that you ensure proper access (e.g. door width, stairs, elevator).
Good to know
We want everything to go smoothly, so please inform us in advance of any potential challenges - such as narrow staircases or lack of elevator access - so we can prepare accordingly.
Our team will take great care during delivery and assembly. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, let the driver know and ask for a brief damage report - this helps us resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.
Please note: for logistical reasons, we do not offer personal pickup - all orders are delivered directly to your address.
