Each table is handcrafted to order, and production time typically takes between 10 to 12 weeks. Once your table is ready, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Yes, we specialize in made-to-order tables. You can specify the length, width, height, as well as the type of wood and finish—based on the options and configurations available on our website. This way, your table will be perfectly tailored to your needs and interior style.

We use high-quality wood such as oak, ash and american walnut. However, we also offer other wood types upon request, depending on availability.
No, you don’t have to worry about that. Our logistics partner provides a professional two-man delivery team who will bring the table into the room of your choice, assemble it on site, and remove all packaging materials.
Our logistics partner will deliver the table directly to the selected room and assemble it on site. Please carefully inspect the condition of the furniture in the presence of the delivery team - before they finish the assembly.
If you notice any damage (e.g. dents, scratches, cracks), a damage report must be filled out together with the delivery personnel. This document is essential for us to process any transport-related claims. Without this report, we may not be able to accept a complaint regarding shipping damage.
Yes, all of our tables are properly finished to ensure durability and long-lasting use. You can choose between two types of finishes: oil or lacquer 34- both provide effective protection against moisture and everyday wear. Each option has a different look and maintenance requirement, and we're happy to help you choose the one that best suits your needs. Check our maintenance page.
Orders can be placed through the contact form available on each product page. Filling out the form is not a direct purchase -it’s the first step toward placing a custom order. Based on the information you provide, we’ll prepare a personalized quote and a visualization of your table within 48 hours, and get back to you with the next steps.
Yes, we issue VAT invoices for both individual customers and businesses. If you would like to receive an invoice, please make sure to enter your billing details (including company name and VAT number, if applicable) at the time of payment via the checkout system. Invoices are issued based on the information provided during payment and cannot be changed afterward. For more details check our payment page.

All of our furniture is crafted in our production hub located in eastern Poland. Each table is made with great care and attention to detail - from wood selection to the final finish. This allows us to maintain high quality standards and full control over every stage of the production process.

All of our furniture is made to order, based on the specifications you choose – which means returns are not possible. If you'd like to file a complaint or report an issue, please refer to §6. Complaints (Statutory Warranty and Commercial Guarantee) in our Terms and Conditions.
Yes, all of our tables come with a 5-year warranty. It covers material defects and workmanship issues that result from our production process. The warranty does not cover natural aging of the wood or damage caused by improper use.
